RAPT

RAPT

RAPT was founded under The ESF Ordinance (Amendment) Bill passed by the Legislative Council in March 2008; it states that each ESF school should establish a Parent Teacher Association (PTA) that comprises parent members, teaching staff members, and the principal.

The functions of RAPT Ltd. are to facilitate the dialogue between parents and teachers on matters relating to the education offered by the College; organise extra-curricular and other supporting activities for students; raise funds for the school and, in consultation with the Principal, decide how to use the money raised and engage in other activities related to that function. Fully supported by members’ subscriptions (membership fee) and volunteering, these functions have been realised in a diversity of parent activities, significant donations to RCHK, and sponsorship of student projects and activities.

RAPT Finance

RAPT financial statements are audited every year and prepared in accordance with the Hong Kong Small and Medium-sized Entity Financial Reporting Standard issued by the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and have been prepared in compliance with the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance.
