Model United Nations (MUN), known at RCHK as RENMUN, plays and important role within RCHK and beyond and being able to participate in the expansion and growth has been a great honour. RCHK offers a wide range of after-school activities that everyone can participate in. It was through these opportunities that I discovered my love and passion for volleyball – the first time I touched a volleyball was during the tryouts for the volleyball team in Year 7! The teachers at RCHK were also accommodating and empathetic towards the situation of each student and taught me invaluable life lessons such as the importance of time management, teamwork, and respect.

RCHK’s inclusive learning environment has challenged me to think outside the box. I had plenty of opportunities to explore my academic and non-academic curiosities. It taught me lifelong skills that no textbooks could – there were a lot of fun and challenging hands-on projects, which allowed me to connect my studies to the real world. Whether academically or even just socially, I was able to transition from secondary school to university smoothly.

Her advice to anyone considering the IBCP: “If you already know you want to pursue the field the programme focuses on, I highly recommend it. It is an incredible opportunity to deepen your skills, explore your interests, and prepare for university and beyond. You will leave with not only technical knowledge but also the confidence to pursue what inspires you most.”

Her advice to anyone considering the IBCP: “If you already know you want to pursue the field the programme focuses on, I highly recommend it. It is an incredible opportunity to deepen your skills, explore your interests, and prepare for university and beyond. You will leave with not only technical knowledge but also the confidence to pursue what inspires you most.”
We were thrilled to see many alumni returning to RCHK for our annual reunion. What a great opportunity to catch up and learn about the diverse paths they are forging since graduation.
As we start the new school year, a little reminder from our Primary Sustainability Team to #recycle, #reduce, #reuse and #refuse (to overconsume). Our aim is to keep RCHK green! If you collect cardboard, paper and any recyclable waste, like soft plastic, metal or Tetra Paks, RCHK recycling bins are conveniently located by the canteen and the vending machine/bus area. You can also donate unwanted books beside the bins, where LoveRecyclingPlus will collect them. Let's keep RCHK a FIVE-STAR recycling champ!

RCHK Students Make Their Mark at Student of the Year Awards! 👏 The annual South China Morning Post’s Student of the Year Awards shed light on the remarkable achievements of Hong Kong’s youth. The rigorous selection process, led by an expert panel of judges, rigorously evaluates nominees on their skills, academic performance, and significant community contributions. We are thrilled to share that three of RCHK’s students were recognised in this prestigious event: - Sustainability Advocate: Ema Poposka, Year 13 - Linguist (English): Andrea Chow, Year 13 - Visual Artist: King Kan, Year 13
